Product identity and trust
Are tester perfumes genuine
Tester describes an intended demonstration or trial format, not proof that a perfume is genuine. A genuine brand tester can exist, but each seller's identity, provenance and actual offer still need checking.
A HUME Fragrance buying guide

Clarify the format
A demonstration bottle, a sample vial and an inspired trial product can all be described with tester wording.
Check the claim and channel
Read maker, version, quantity and seller information. Confirm any claimed brand authorization independently where possible.
Avoid single-clue certainty
A tester label, missing cap or batch code cannot authenticate the contents by itself.
Try this before you buy
Ask what tester means in the specific offer before evaluating the seller's original-product claim.
